If you are not completely satisfied upon delivery, get in touch at gifts@stourmade.co.uk, and we will try to put it right as soon as possible. Whether it is faulty or simply unwanted, we hope we will deliver you good service with no quibbles. This does not, of course, affect your statutory rights.
All orders are dispatched within 3 working days, subject to stock availability. Changes to and problems with this will be communicated as soon as possible. Delivery is by second-class Royal Mail. For unwanted or faulty goods, Stour Made will refund the cost of the product and of return postage (a single, second-class large stamp). *Free delivery refers to no extra charge for mainland, UK second-class postage.
